The Og Group, Inc.. Client Privacy Policy Summary As a community member, however, you will have the opportunity to interact with other members and to post messages and comments. As such, we can not guarantee your privacy should you share your name or email address with others. The Details Why do we need your personal information? We collect personal information to provide you with products and servcies such as Newsletters, informational emials, The Og Virtual Coach™, 6 ADVISORS™ Assessment Reports, Personal Coaching, or Workshops. Becuase our site users have the ability to post information on our web site(s), we need your information to facilitate management and appropriate supervision and policing of content on our web site(s). The information we require is the absolute minimum necessary. The Og Group, Inc.. uses this personal information to provide you with quality customer service, to keep you informed regarding updates in our services, special offers, to communicate regarding services purchased by you, and other information we think might be helpful. When do we collect your personal information? We collect personal information about you at the time you register as a member of the web site (creating a username and password), or purchase products or services or on a much more limited basis when you sign up for one of our newsletters or e-zines. Our members are able to post information in their user profile and in Blogs, comments, and discussion forums. All of this is stored in a secure database. If a user/member chooses to post information on our web site(s), the Comapny may not be held liable for either the accuracy or how that information may be used by anyone with access to that information outside the Company. When do we disclose your personal information? We need to be able to communicate with you during inter-office activities such scheduling Assessment reviews, coaching or workshops. Your contact information may be shared with other The Og Group, Inc.. employees or certified facilitators and coaches to facilitate these activities. Your personal information also needs to be available when you order additional products or services in ensure expeditious processing and to provide superior customer service. We will also make your personal contact information available to third party entities that handle the shipping of products purchased by you to ensure proper delivery. The Og Group, Inc.. will not share or make available your personal contact information to other companies that are not a part of the Og Group, Inc. family or that are not providing direct services as it relates to the products and services purchased by you. What do we do to protect your personal information? The Og Group, Inc.. safeguards the security of your personal information with security monitoring both physical and electronic and has in place managerial policies and procedures. The Og Group, Inc. websites use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is required. What information do we collect when you browse our web sites? When you browse The Og Group, Inc.. web sites, you are able to do so anonymously to the degree you can access without a username and password. Like many web sites, The Og Group, Inc.. web sites use “cookie” technology. A cookie identifies your browser with a unique, random number. The cookies we use do not reveal any personal information about you, except your first name so we can welcome you on future visits. Using this technology we can determine which parts of our web sites are the most popular, where our visitors are going, and how long they spend there. Whatever you choose to communicate is up to you and we can not be held liable for how that information is used by those with whom your communicate outside our Company, including individuals that may be licensed independent coaches and facilitators of our products and services. When you create a user profile, submit news, comments, forum entries, join user groups, etc. you are responsible for what you communicate and how it is used. If we are going to use your personal information differently from that stated at the time of collection, we will try to contact you via email using the most recent information we have. If you have not given us permission to communicate with you, you will not be contacted, nor will we use your personal information in a new manner. The The Og Group, Inc..
